Having a bit of fun outside in the sun practicing our throwing and catching skills!

This is a little movie to show the learning we have done about the Gods

This term for Inquiry we have been looking at the Maori creation..

We started by reading "In the beginning..." and "The creation story" we learnt about the different Gods...

There's Ranginui (the sky father)

Papatuanuku (the earth mother) and their sons....

- Tumatauenga (God of man and war)

- Tane Mahuta (Guardian of the forest)

- Tangaroa (Guardian of the sea)

- Tawhirimatea (God of winds and storms)

- Haumia (God of foods and kumara)

- Rongo (God of peace and agriculture)
